About Joshua Berg, MSW, RSW, CSAT-C

I’m Joshua — a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT-candidate). I’ve returned to the Niagara region where I grew up, and it’s been a meaningful move. I now work with clients in-person in St. Catharines and offer online therapy across Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.

I provide psychotherapy to men — leaders, creatives, business owners, first responders, Veterans, military members, pastors, and everyday guys — who are looking for a space to be real, work through challenges, and move toward growth.

My approach is welcoming and down-to-earth — nothing stuffy or overly clinical. While my work is rooted in evidence-based practices, what matters most is getting to the heart of what’s going on and helping you move forward in a real, honest way. For those who want it, I’m comfortable drawing from a Christian lens, but I welcome and work with clients from every walk of life.

These days, life looks like walking my dog Simon, travelling with my wife, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
